Despite having no Minor League Baseball season in 2020, my second "season" in baseball and first full-time has been one of growth. Normally, my days would be filled with game notes, live-tweeting home games, roster transaction emails and postgame recaps (just to name a few items on my game day to-do list), as they were in 2019. Instead, I spent the summer writing four, 2,000-word feature stories for the Indians monthly program, researching the vast history of the Indianapolis Indians and following the Pittsburgh Pirates closely while pushing innovative social content on former Tribe players. I did some of my best writing over this strange 2020 year, from all the features I wrote to varying press releases on players' success. I'm incredibly excited to get back to baseball in 2021.
